I was mucking about yesterday and I found this cool Photoshop project online at Spoon Graphics. Thanks to Chris Spooner for his tutorial. It was written so well even I could figure it out and I never work in Photoshop. You can find his version here.

When life hands you lemons – bring on the tequila baby!

Just saw this somewhere and thought – Yes! That’s the ticket. Life has been bringing me nothing but lemons lately, I need a bright side. ; )

Anyhow, I realized that I’m a bit of a pack rat. Not in the hoarders category, more the kind of put it away in case I might need it type of thing. It’s just that when I went to start cleaning it all out to have a garage sale I realized that I have the same stash of the same thing in more than one place in the house.

You know those nifty glossy gift bags with the handles that you can use to “wrap” presents without actually having to wrap them? Well, I found no less that three different stashes of them around the house, each with at least ten bags tucked together. I ask you, what are the chances that I’m going to need more than 30 gift bags in the immediate future?

And that was just one thing. Don’t even get me started on the art books, quilting books, or fabric.

It’s probably a good thing I’m doing this now – I hate to imagine what it would be like ten years from now.

I’m really looking forward to some more cheerful weather. I’ll be sure to post a picture of me and my bike if I ever do get back out on the road.

Hey, wait! Didn’t I post about the snow last month. I do have a one track mind, don’t I?

Just a couple of hours ago it was so nice I was thinking about putting insurance on my bike and now, sleet and snow.

I’m so done with this weather!
